Ancient cave area dating back to 2200 BC. An easy walk to a lovely area of water, forest, caves and other historic sights. There is a nice little picnic area at the site as well as restroom facilities.
This is where the local olives are taken after harvesting to be pressed and made into Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You can arrange for a short tour of the facility and see the machines in the factory there. If you are there in October to early November you may be able to watch the actual process.
